Autumn is a Supervisee from Northern Indiana. She relocated to San Antonio November of 2019. She studied Psychology and Criminal Justice at Grace College and Theological Seminary. Autumn graduated early with 2 bachelors degrees in 2016. During this time she worked for Partners in Opportunities as a Support Partner for high functioning, special needs adults. This is when Autumn knew her future would consist of helping others. A lifetime friend introduced Autumn to ABA in 2018. She first began working as an RBT at Lighthouse Autism Center in Warsaw, Indiana. 

Once Autumn and her (now) husband arrived in San Antonio she interviewed at 3 ABA centers. She chose to work for Integrated Behavior Solutions for the family feel. Autumn was able to recognize the companies core values and knew it was a place she would be proud to work for. She is now working towards obtaining her masters in psychology with a specialization in ABA and also plans to become a BCBA after her education is complete. 

Autumn became a wife in August of 2020 with the help of IBS employees. She has a step-son and step-daughter. Autumn and her husband Shaun became dog parents to Leonidas in April of 2020. They hope to continue to grow their family in San Antonio.
