His work with children/adolescents began while completing his undergraduate degree from West Texas A&M University, and has continued to this day. He studied Applied Behavior Analysis from the Toulouse Graduate School at the University of North Texas and completed his graduate work at Texas Tech University. His supervised clinical hours were completed in San Antonio at Treehouse Pediatric and Behavioral Services doing direct 1:1 ABA therapy. After becoming certified, Britt worked as a behavior analyst at Autism Community Network in San Antonio, joining an Autism diagnostic team (diagnosing children with Autism and other developmental disorders), Level 2 ASD screenings, direct parent trainings, and behavior short courses. He founded Integrated Behavior Solutions, Inc. in 2011 out of a desire to provide critical ABA services to families in the San Antonio and Abilene areas. Britt obtained both his Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis and PhD in the Special Education through Texas Tech University. The emphasis of his PhD was in Psych and Leadership. He is a proud father of 3 boys, 2 girls, a step-son and step-daughter with his new wife, Dr. Renée Matos.
